Yeah, you could torture your skin, like prick the pimple with a needle that you sterilized with a candle flame, then squeeze out the pus, before dabbing on a pimple cream. The problem with that is you could spread the infection. Squeezing the pimples yourself is risky. Some of the pus comes out, some goes deeper into your skin, spreading the bacteria. The result? More pimples in the surrounding area. If not done properly, you could end up with permanent scars.

So how do you deal with those big fat pimples. No quick fix really. After washing your face, you could hold an ice cube against your skin to reduce the inflammation. Dab on a good pimple cream or gel to treat it, and cover up with a dab of concealer. After that, keep your hands off your face. You certainly don't want to spread the pimples.
