With chocolate, on a chocolate disk that would win her heart.
Perfect as a gift on a date. Just tailor your message to suit the occasion.
Melt white chocolate. Use a double boiler or microwave it on high for 1 second.

Choose a mold with a base large enough to write your message on.

Coat the inside of the chocolate mold with white chocolate to form the chocolate casing. If you are using a disposable platic container, coat only the bottom and the sides, as high as you want the message disk to be.

Pour pure cream over baking chocolate or chocolate chips. Heat in a double boiler or for 1 second in a microwave oven on high to melt the chocolate.

Stir the combination until you get a smooth dark chocolate truffle mix.

Increase the cocoa content of the dark chocolate mix by adding a good quality cocoa powder.

Pour the dark chocolate truffle mix into the white chocolate casing.

Melt milk chocolate. You can either microwave it on high for 1 second. Or melt in a double boiler. Whatever you have on hand. Stir in cornflakes to make the crispy chocolate base.

Spoon the milk chocolate cornflake mixture over the hardened chocolate to seal it. This will form a crispy milk chocolate base for these chocolate disks.

Let the chocolate harden. Refrigerate it if the weather is very warm.

Once the chocolate is set, turn the mold upside down on baking paper to ease out the disk.

Write your message on the disk with melted chocolate. Melt some chocolate and fill the icing tube or icing bag with it. Write what you have to say quickly before the chocolate hardens in the icing tube and clean the icing set while the chocolate is still liquid.

I was too slow and had to throw away my icing set after that. Chocolate hardened and clogged up the holes.

An alternative is to write your message with those tubes of colored icing meant for cakes. You can get those from baking supplies stores or the baking needs sections of some supermarkets.
